Separate documents: see the Privacy Policy o los Terms and conditions published for service verification and internal applications.
1. Acceptance and scope
By purchasing, paying for, using, or accessing a WBHost service, the customer confirms they have read and accept these terms, the commercial proposal, and the specific terms of their order. If they conflict, the order signed or expressly accepted for that service takes precedence.
Customers must provide accurate information, keep their contact details current, and have legal capacity to contract. WBHost may update these policies; material changes will be communicated through available channels.
2. Services and customer responsibilities
WBHost offers managed digital business services, including design, development, domains, hosting, email, maintenance, support, workflow automation, SEO, content, and server administration. Scope, monthly or annual terms, deliverables, timing, and fees are set out in the commercial proposal.
Customers are responsible for providing text, images, logos, credentials, licenses, and other materials they are authorized to use. They are also responsible for the legality, accuracy, and currency of content published through their account.
3. Acceptable use, spam, and security
You may not use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, ransomware, viruses, material that infringes third-party rights, illegal pornography, exploitation, threats, attacks, unauthorized mining, or conduct that harms other users or the infrastructure.
Spam and email abuse
Spam, unsolicited bulk email, campaigns without consent, purchased lists, sender spoofing, abusive bounces, and pages designed to capture credentials are prohibited. Customers must comply with applicable commercial messaging rules and provide opt-out mechanisms where required.
If there are reasonable signs of abuse, a security risk, malware, spam, or a violation, WBHost may block sending, temporarily suspend an account, isolate files, limit resources, or cancel the service. Where possible, we will notify the customer and allow them to fix the issue; advance notice is not guaranteed in an urgent situation.
4. Domains, registration, and refunds
Domain registration depends on third-party registrars and extensions. Availability is confirmed only when the registrar accepts the registration and payment. Customers should carefully review the name, extension, registrant information, and term before confirming.
Registered domains are nonrefundable for typos, a change of mind, choosing the wrong extension, or nonuse. Once registered, a domain cannot be exchanged for another name. Customers may request a new domain registration at their own cost. Renewals, transfers, disputes, and extension policies are also subject to the registrar’s rules.
Customers must keep registrant details accurate and respond to registrar verification requests. An informal availability search does not reserve a domain.
5. Subscriptions, hosting, and refund policy
Website-as-a-service and ongoing management may be purchased on a monthly or annual basis. A subscription covers only the scope described in the proposal; changes, third-party services, licenses, paid campaigns, and out-of-scope work are quoted separately.
30-day hosting refund policy
Customers may request a refund of the hosting portion within 30 calendar days of activation if the service does not meet their needs, provided the account has not been suspended for abuse, fraud, spam, malware, breach, or unlawful use. After that period, refunds are not available for dissatisfaction or nonuse.
The policy does not cover domains, development, automation, licenses, third-party services, setup fees, consumed subscription services, or other proposal components. Refunds are handled through the original payment method and subject to mandatory law.
Maintenance, security suspensions, third-party failures, or events outside WBHost’s reasonable control may occur. Customers should keep their own copies of content.
6. Website design and development
Basic, advanced, and ecommerce design is delivered according to the proposal. Customers must provide content and approve copy, structure, and design within the agreed timelines. Customer delays may affect delivery dates.
Unless stated otherwise, ecommerce includes one payment gateway and an initial upload of up to 50 products; customers upload additional products. Gateway fees, premium licenses, photography, legal copy, inventory, taxes, ongoing maintenance, and unspecified integrations are not included.
Out-of-scope requests, changes after approval, and new features are quoted separately. Final delivery and transfer of files or access may be conditional on full payment. Customers warrant that they have rights to supplied materials; third-party code, templates, plugins, and licenses remain subject to their own terms.
7. Privacy, data, cookies, and caching
WBHost processes information needed to prepare quotes, register domains, activate accounts, provide support, bill customers, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, customers may request access, updates, corrections, or deletion by emailing admin@wbhost.com.co. Applicable data-protection laws will apply, including Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 where relevant.
This website may use cookies and web analytics tools to understand how its pages are used and improve their operation. These technologies may process technical browsing data, such as pages viewed, browser, device, interactions, and approximate location, in accordance with the relevant provider’s privacy policies and applicable law.
Hosting may use server, CDN, browser, or plugin caching to improve speed. Updated content may take time to appear until the cache is invalidated; this alone does not constitute data loss or breach. Technology providers, registrars, payment processors, and analytics tools may process data in accordance with their own policies.
8. Liability and limits of managed services
WBHost will provide services with reasonable care but does not guarantee business results, SEO rankings, sales, absolute email deliverability, uninterrupted availability, responses from external platforms, or compatibility with all third-party software. AI and automation are support tools; content and important decisions require human review and approval.
To the extent permitted by law, WBHost is not liable for indirect damages, business loss, lost profits, data loss caused by a customer’s failure to keep backups, customer content, external attacks, compromised credentials, or third-party decisions. This clause does not remove nonwaivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Support, termination, and complaints
Send requests and complaints to admin@wbhost.com.co or call +1 (754) 444-8226. Customers should identify the account and service and provide the date and relevant evidence. WBHost will make reasonable efforts to respond.
A service may end upon expiration, customer request, nonpayment, breach, or abuse. Upon termination, customers must download their information and arrange migration within the stated period. Obligations that should survive, such as outstanding payments, intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability limits, remain in effect.
Applicable law, jurisdiction, taxes, billing, and dispute-resolution procedures should be specified in the commercial proposal or agreement based on the customer’s country and type.
