1. Acceptance and scope
By purchasing, paying for, using, or accessing a WBHost service, the customer confirms they have read and accept these terms, the commercial proposal, and the specific terms of their order. If they conflict, the expressly accepted order for that service takes precedence.
Customers must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
2. Services and customer responsibilities
WBHost offers website-as-a-service, design and development, server management, hosting, domains, business email, support, SEO, content, and workflow automation. Subscriptions may be monthly or annual; pricing, term, resources, deliverables, and limits are set out in the commercial proposal.
Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and currency of their text, images, brands, products, databases, credentials, and other materials. They must hold all required licenses and permissions.
3. Acceptable use, spam, and security
You may not use the services for fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, ransomware, viruses, attacks, unauthorized mining, illegal content, rights violations, threats, or activities that harm others or the infrastructure.
Spam and abusive email
Spam, unsolicited bulk email, purchased lists, sender spoofing, abusive bounces, campaigns without consent, and credential-harvesting pages are prohibited. Customers must follow applicable commercial messaging laws.
If there is spam, malware, abuse, a security risk, or a violation, WBHost may block sending, isolate files, limit resources, temporarily suspend, or cancel an account. Where possible, we will notify the customer and allow them to fix the issue; advance notice is not guaranteed in an urgent situation.
4. Domains, registration, and payment
A domain is available only after the registrar accepts the registration and payment. Customers should carefully check the name, extension, registrant details, and term before confirming.
Registered domains are nonrefundable for typos, a change of mind, choosing the wrong extension, or nonuse. Once registered, a domain cannot be exchanged for another name. Customers may register a new domain at their own cost.
Renewals, transfers, verification, and disputes are subject to the registrar’s rules. Customers must keep registrant information accurate.
Prices are listed in USD. For Colombia, COP amounts are approximate, calculated using the exchange rate in effect on the billing date, and may be rounded. The final amount is confirmed before payment.
5. Hosting, resources, and refund policy
The Initial, Basic, Plus, and Enterprise plans include the resources listed on the website or in the proposal. “Unlimited” means reasonable use for the plan’s purpose; it does not allow excessive consumption, spam, malware, or activities that affect others.
30-day hosting refund policy
Customers may request a refund of the hosting charge within 30 calendar days of activation if the service does not meet their needs, provided the account has not been suspended for abuse, fraud, spam, malware, breach, or unlawful use. Send requests to admin@wbhost.com.co.
After 30 days, refunds are not available for dissatisfaction or nonuse. This policy does not cover domains, licenses, development, setup, renewals, third-party services, or charges already used. Customers should keep their own backups.
6. Website design and development
Basic, advanced, and ecommerce design plans are delivered as described in the proposal. Customers must provide content and approve copy, structure, and design within the agreed timelines.
Unless the proposal says otherwise, the ecommerce plan includes one payment gateway and an initial upload of up to 50 products. Additional products, licenses, fees, photography, copywriting, maintenance, and unspecified integrations are quoted separately.
Changes outside the scope or requested after approval may involve additional cost and time. Final delivery may be conditional on full payment.
7. Support, marketing, and automation
Support may include diagnostics, fixes, optimization, security, antivirus, email, servers, Shopify, CRM, WhatsApp, and content management. Scope is defined by subscription or quote; business results, SEO rankings, and sales are not guaranteed.
Marketing, SEO, content, graphics, logos, PSD, Illustrator, and social media services depend on supplied materials, approvals, and third-party platforms. Paid campaigns, licenses, and ad budgets are excluded unless agreed in writing.
Automation uses authorized tools and approved connections. Maintenance may be needed when connected platforms change their APIs, permissions, plans, or policies. Content created with technology assistance must be reviewed before publication.
8. Ownership, third parties, and liability
Customers retain their brands and materials. Third-party templates, plugins, fonts, code, and services remain subject to their own licenses. WBHost is not responsible for failures, changes, suspensions, or policies of registrars, payment gateways, email providers, social networks, Google, or other third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, WBHost is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss caused by a customer’s failure to keep backups, compromised credentials, external attacks, or customer-published content. This does not exclude nonwaivable rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Termination and complaints
A service may end upon expiration, customer request, nonpayment, breach, or abuse. Customers must download their information and arrange migration within the stated period.
Send requests and complaints to admin@wbhost.com.co o en +1 (754) 444-8226. Applicable law, jurisdiction, taxes, and billing will be determined based on the country and commercial proposal, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
